Signal proxy

I’m running a Signal proxy at https://signal.tube/#junk.bz

The proxy is running on a small Ubuntu VPS in Australia. I’ll leave it up for a while to see how much bandwidth it consumes. I’ll destroy it if things become too expensive or budensome.
