Climbing: Mount Randall
Mount Randall is a collection of granite boulders on the Darling Escarpment, about an hour's drive from Perth. It is one of the more recent areas to be developed in the Perth metro area. The rock is very abrasive and there are a number of face climbs that rely entirely on friction between shoes and the rockface. Most of the climbs are bolted, but there are several naturally protected crack climbs.
